The only downside was. um, actually, there wasn't one!

the reception staff was well-informed about our needs and everything was arranged as we had requested. the spacious room had a balcony and the food, including the half board meals and wine, was excellent throughout our stay. the service provided by the staff matched the quality of the food. the breakfast was satisfactory and the WiFi connection was very good. We were also impressed by the spa and sauna area - it was perfect for relaxation. the friendly and attentive staff made our late evening arrival a smooth experience. We are grateful for the care they took of us during our stay. Cons: Almost perfect! 😉.

I truly appreciated the comfortable seating areas and the convenience of the elevator. The staff was always helpful and made sure I felt safe and comfortable during my stay.

My only suggestion for a better vacation for senior people would be to have more staff available to assist with any needs or concerns. Sometimes, it felt overwhelming to rely on the younger staff members who may not have understood the unique needs of older guests.
